We open on 1 September 2026 at The Gateway East on Beach Road, with the café trading by day and pilot programmes running in the lead-up.
People on the margins who are ready for a fresh start — particularly youth-at-risk and those rebuilding life after incarceration. Referrals come through halfway houses, youth agencies, and Yellow Ribbon Singapore.
No. The Academy is faith-anchored and the formation track is openly Christian, but the coffee and soft-skills training serve people of every faith and none. Dignity here is for everyone.
Core spiritual programmes are free. ACF-certified coffee courses carry fixed industry pricing. Many courses will be subsidised or free for beneficiaries — final fee structures are being confirmed ahead of launch.
The TCE Academy is the evening training arm of The Caffeine Experience, the social enterprise café founded in 2017. Same mission, same family — a dedicated home for training and formation.
