Specialty Coffee & Vocational Skills
The vocational core. Industry-certified barista training on the ASEAN Coffee Federation pathway, taught by a Head Trainer at the ASEAN Coffee Institute. Small cohorts of 4–8 keep every learner hands-on at the machine.

The 3C Mastery Series
Our proprietary soft-skills series, engineered to target the exact behaviours that drive six-month employment drop-off. Three core habits, built deliberately.
Christian & Faith-Based Formation
The spiritual backbone — two evenings a week, because we believe identity transformation is the decisive factor in lasting reintegration. From an Alpha Course welcome through to deep Scripture study, pastoral mentoring, and church community.
