TCA programmes are fully subsidised for accepted beneficiaries through grants from Temasek Foundation, SkillsFuture SG, Lee Foundation, raiSE, and HTX. There is no fee charged to the learner. Organisations can sponsor a learner's pathway directly.
The TCA curriculum is aligned with Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and ASEAN Coffee Institute (ACI) frameworks. Learners on the elective certification track (TCA-TB-301) can sit externally accredited SCA / ACI Foundation modules for industry-recognised credentials.
