Going deeper
There is a tiredness that sleep does not touch — the weariness of holding everything together, of proving you are worth keeping. To that tiredness comes a quiet invitation: come.
Not: try harder. Not: earn it first. Just come, as you are, with the heavy load still on your shoulders, and be given rest you did not have to deserve.
A prayer
I am tired, and I bring that to you. Teach me to lay down what I was never meant to carry alone.
Carry this with you
You are invited to come as you are — and to be given rest.
